With a family of six, whenever we travel we need to find hotel rooms that are connected. Most properties will not allow more than two adults and 3 kids in a room. Many times you can put in the request with the hotel, but there is no guarantee they will be available when you check in.
This new search tool would only show hotels that can guarantee two rooms that would connected, allowing the kids to sleep in one and the parents in the other.
Another spin on this tool would be a search allowing you to book specific rooms at a hotel.
