EZ Pass toll systems (and similar toll systems in other regions outside of the Northeast), rely on radio transmitters installed inside the windshield. This new company would standardize these radios to come pre-installed on all new cars. The transmitters would never be visible to the consumer and would work across all toll systems in the United States.
